WEYON TV After-sales Service Policy
Weyon product and service policies comply with industry standards, fully respect consumers’rights and interests, and provide consumers with a full range of service guarantees and solemn commitments. Weyon TV promises to be responsible for repair, replacement or return of returned products, and Weyon TV authorized service providers must refer to this policy for after-sales service.
During the product warranty period (1 year from the date of purchase), if the product you purchased has any quality problems, you can contact our support team through firstname.lastname@example.org to request after-sales service.
You can request returns and refund services:
a. Within 7 natural days after receiving the goods, the product has no manufacturing defects and is still in the state of new or similar new products in the original packaging, which does not affect secondary sales.
b. Within 7 natural days of receipt, if the product has a manufacturing defect before it is put into service.
c. Manufacturing-related quality issues persist after replacement.
d. The screen is damaged upon receipt (return or refund service must be applied within 3 natural days).
Returns and refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
a. Request a refund 7 natural days after receipt.
b. Within 7 natural days of receipt if the product suffers significant damage due to a force majeure event.
c. Failure to provide legitimate proof of purchase or receipts, or reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered.
d. Any product failure or damage caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.
e. Product damage is caused by external factors beyond our control, including fire, floods, high winds and lightning strikes.
1. Customer must pay the costs of return delivery and other costs.
2. Weyon reserves the final interpretation right of the above policy terms.
